Our aim is that your child will feel secure and happy in an environment which he/she can express individual characteristics and develop self-discipline and independence.

Our staff are chosen for their caring, dedication, enthusiasm and their love of children. All staff are trained professionals and hold qualifications in Early Years Care and the Early Years Foundation Sage. All staff have advanced DBS checks and are required to have training in First Aid and Safeguarding ChildrenThroughout the year we also have students from local colleges acquiring skills and work experience in the childcare sector.

Our premises, policies and procedures are designed to ensure peace of mind and are reviewed and evaluated regularly. On registration parents are requested to read through all our policies.

The nursery is divided into two Age groups:   Yellow and Purple

The Yellow Room Over 2-3 years: occupies the ground floor, has a Purple area (play) Blue area (imaginative) Orange area (messy/activity) and Yellow are (main play area).

The Purple Room; Under 2ā€™sā€“ is upstairs and comprises; Purple room (education) Blue room (activity) there is also a large sleep room/quiet room, a staff room and an office.

We have a very large, safe, secure garden giving the children an ideal space to play and develop their motor skills while learning to compete and interact by joining organised games. We also have a special area where children can grow their own flowers, vegetables and herbs. Our Manager Rachael brings her elderly dog Bonnie to the nursery every day. She stays in the upstairs office.
